We do not offer cash refunds; however, we ensure every customer receives exactly what they paid for through our structured replacement protocol in case of product issues or order discrepancies.

1. SHIPPING & DISPATCH OPERATIONS 

D-Dukaan utilizes a specialized logistics network to ensure the potency and safety of our products during transit.

  • Complimentary Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders exceeding Rs. 2,000/-.
  • Standard Delivery Fee: For orders below Rs. 2,000/-, a flat-rate shipping fee of Rs. 199/- will be applied.
  • Service Timelines: Our standard delivery window is 2 to 4 business days nationwide, subject to courier service availability in specific areas.

2. EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT PROTOCOL

D-Dukaan does not offer cash refunds. We provide a direct product exchange to resolve any issues with your order.

1. Standard Exchange Eligibility 

For general exchanges (change of mind or incorrect product ordered), the following conditions apply:

  • The request must be initiated within ten (10) days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and its original condition, with all external protective seals and packaging completely intact.

Shipping charges for such exchanges may apply where applicable.

2. Manufacturing & Quality Exchanges

We take full responsibility for the internal integrity of our products. You are entitled to a direct replacement if you encounter any of the following issues upon opening the product:

  • Internal Damage: The product is damaged or compromised upon opening the cap (e.g., broken softgels or compromised internal seals).
  • Quantity Discrepancy: The number of softgels or capsules is less than the quantity explicitly mentioned on the product label.
  • Defective Packaging: Any manufacturing defect that prevents the safe or effective use of the product.

3. The Process

Upon the successful verification of the issue by our quality assurance team:

  • Direct Replacement: We will dispatch a fresh, sealed unit of the same product to your address.
  • Verification: Please be prepared to provide photographic or video evidence of the discrepancy (e.g., a photo of the count or the damaged seal) to expedite the process.

3. PRODUCT INTEGRITY & TRANSIT ASSURANCE

If you receive a shipment that has been visibly tampered with or damaged during transit:

  1. Notification: Contact our Support Team at 0318-5005003 or care@d-dukaan.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Resolution: D-Dukaan will arrange for a courier pick-up and dispatch a replacement unit at no additional cost to you, subject to verification of the issue.

4. ORDER TRACKING & CONCIERGE SUPPORT

  • Digital Tracking: A confirmation containing a unique tracking identifier will be sent via SMS/Email the moment your order is dispatched.

5. THIRD-PARTY ACQUISITIONS

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through www.d-dukaan.com.

  • External Platforms: For products acquired through other e-commerce marketplaces, please follow their specific exchange protocols.
  • Retail Partners: Items purchased via physical pharmacies or retail outlets must be exchanged at the original point of purchase in accordance with their store policies.
